DeciDesk
Decision-making and board management on your . Agendas, motions, proxy voting, eIDAS-qualified signatures, an audit trail that understands the Wet open overheid. For municipal councils, associations, supervisory and executive boards, management teams, and citizen-participation panels.
From agenda to decision, in one install.
DeciDesk covers the full decision-making chain: collect agenda items, build dossiers, submit motions, record votes, publish decisions. All on typed registers with an audit trail that makes Woo compliance much simpler later.
Agendas with dossier creation.
One dossier per agenda item: official advice, council documents, presentations, answered questions. All versioned, all in OpenRegister.
Motions and amendments.
Submit, link to an agenda item, record votes. Per faction or per individual, configurable per board.
Voting, including proxy voting, tracked in the audit trail.
In person, by show of hands, electronically, or by proxy for an absent member. Outcome, individual votes, abstentions. All in a tamper-evident log.
eIDAS-qualified signatures on minutes and resolutions.
Minutes and written-procedure resolutions are signed with a qualified electronic signature (QES) under eIDAS Article 25(2), verified end to end before the record is finalised.
Decisions as published documents, with governance reports.
DocuDesk generates the formal decision from vote results and discussion. OpenCatalogi publishes it on yourmunicipality.nl/decisions with citation-stable URLs; governance reports and regulator exports cover the compliance side.

Minutes, decisions, action items, all linked.
Scroll the cards. Each pins as you reach it; the next slides up to cover.
Agenda, minutes, motions, votes, in one app.
DeciDesk owns the full board-meeting cycle. Agenda packs go out, minutes get drafted live, motions and votes are recorded. The audit trail satisfies the Wet open overheid out of the box.
See DeciDeskEvery decision points back to its register row.
A motion to award a permit links to the permit-application register. A budget vote links to the budget-line register. Decisions stop being free-floating documents.
See OpenRegisterAction items land in the assignee's LaunchPad.
Every action item from a meeting becomes a row in someone's work queue. No separate task tracker, no email handoff. The next meeting reads its predecessor's status from the same registers.
See LaunchPadOn every Nextcloud dashboard.
Install DeciDesk and the home screen tells every board member what's open, what's decided, and what's next.
