Three apps, one configuration pass. Citizens land at yourmunicipality.nl/woo and search every published category. Your team manages the eleven registers from inside Nextcloud, with the same login they already have.

Each of the eleven Woo categories becomes a typed register. Records get published the moment they're created; the citizen catalog lights up automatically.

Federated, citizen-searchable.

OpenCatalogi indexes every register and exposes the public Woo portal at yourmunicipality.nl/woo. Federates to data.overheid.nl out of the box.

Connector pulls from your DMS.

OpenConnector reads Woo records from your existing case system or DMS via REST, SOAP, or file drops. No glue code, no nightly batch.

Audit log, signed and timestamped.

Every publication, edit, withdrawal, and access leaves a tamper-evident trail. The Woo audit evidence you need at audit time is part of the install, not a year-two project.

Citation-stable URLs.

Every published record gets a permanent identifier the moment it's first disclosed. News media, parliamentary questions, and legal dossiers stay live, even after reorganizations or platform migrations.

Three apps move documents from your source systems to a public-facing Woo portal. OpenConnector reads from XLNS, Joomla, OpenZaak, RX, or whatever else you run. OpenRegister stores the records. OpenCatalogi makes them searchable. The Open Tilburg UI shows them; open.overheid.nl federates them.
